Tech Analysis
AI News Is Confusing. Here Is What It Actually Means for You.
Every week brings a new AI headline, and most of it is written to impress other tech people — not to help you. Here is a simple framework for cutting through any AI announcement and asking the only question that matters: what does this mean for me?
The three questions to ask of any AI news
- ▸Does this change something I do regularly? If not, it is interesting but not urgent.
- ▸Does it save me time, money, or effort — or protect me from a risk? That is the real advantage.
- ▸Can I use it today, or is it a promise for later? Most announcements are the latter.
Why most AI news does not matter to you (yet)
A lot of AI news is about capability that has not reached everyday products yet. The skill is spotting the few developments that genuinely touch your life — your job, your family, your safety, your money — and ignoring the rest until it does.
That is exactly what I do on the channel: take the week’s biggest tech news and translate it into what it means for you, in plain English. New videos weekly on YouTube.
