Built a supplier management portal with vendor database, contract lifecycle tracking, compliance document monitoring (Public Liability, Employers Liability, DBS, certifications), spending analytics, and expiry alerts. Features 10 supplier categories aligned with care sector needs.
Provides complete visibility into supplier relationships, prevents compliance gaps from expired documents, enables spend analysis by category, and ensures contracts are renewed on time. Reduces procurement risk and supports better vendor negotiations.
This project uses synthetic/open data to demonstrate capabilities while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. All methods and approaches are applicable to real-world scenarios.
